1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Carey (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Carey is provided by Websites for Home Care.

2. Description of Service

Carey is a trainable AI chatbot and intake-capture platform designed for home care agencies and franchises. We do not provide home care services ourselves. Carey communicates with website visitors, collects intake information, and can push that data to third-party systems you configure.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your agency or organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Carey is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Carey for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Upload content that violates any applicable law or infringes third-party rights.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the training content, intake data, and other materials you upload to Carey. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Carey uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any critical information before acting on it. Carey is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carey and Websites for Home Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
